3-DAY WORKSHOP – Day 1 is a training event including an introduction to 5S, Lean and Six Sigma plus an overview of root cause analysis! Days 2 and 3 are a hands-on workshop designed to implement 5S in an area of your choosing at your facility. (Off-site preparation support including area selection and information gathering is included).
